We all make mistakes! Most of the time we may get a few bumps or bruises for the errors of omission or commission we make, and much of the time, only to our pride. Yet, there are times we seem to throw caution to the wind in a critical moment and sow to the winds in faithlessness and folly and reap the twister of destruction for our trouble. Rash behavior, greed, lust, selfish ambition, envy, fear, violence, and the silent killer of unbelief can drive us harshly upon the jagged rocks and shipwreck our faith. But, when we are broken, God’s grace gives us a second chance. This is something that should cause us to rejoice always in the presence of God.
